What we can do while you’re abroad
- Online request: start from the IDP service page and upload your documents from your phone.
- Remote document check: we review them and ask for anything missing before submitting to the federation.
- Card payment during the request.
- International delivery for 200 ILS: you enter the country, city, address and recipient phone in the request.
- Updates by email, and you can follow the order on the tracking page. We don’t send automatic WhatsApp updates.
- WhatsApp for any question: a real team replies during working hours (Saturday–Thursday 9:00–16:30, Palestine time).

Limits you should know
- Your Palestinian licence must be valid. If it has expired, the IDP can’t be issued — ask us on WhatsApp about your situation.
- The IDP is for travel and visits. If you live permanently in another country, it isn’t a substitute for that country’s licence — check the local rules there.
- Shipping time abroad: we don’t promise a fixed arrival date — message us on WhatsApp to check for your country before ordering.
- Cash on delivery isn’t available for delivery outside Palestine.
- If you want a relative to apply or collect for you, ask us on WhatsApp first what your case needs.
- Tasheel is a private company, not a government body. The permit is issued by the Palestinian Motor Sports and Motorcycles Federation (PMSMF); we are its accredited agent.
