Is Tasheel a government office?
No. Tasheel is an independent licensed private services provider. We facilitate and coordinate official paperwork with relevant authorities on your behalf, but we are not a government entity.
Does Tasheel complete transactions on my behalf?
Yes. Depending on the service, some transactions require no authorization, while others require a specific power of attorney or authorization. All requirements are explained clearly before service execution.
Do I need to submit original documents?
Certain government and attestation services require physical original documents. We will inform you in advance and arrange safe document collection.
How long does a request take?
Processing time depends on the official authority involved. Most requests take 1–3 business days. Estimated timelines are clearly shown before you submit your request.
