Tasheel is a government services concierge platform that facilitates the submission and processing of government service requests, including but not limited to licensing, document translation, legalization, and corporate filings in Palestine.

2. Services Provided

Tasheel acts as an intermediary between you and Palestinian government agencies. Our services include document preparation, submission to relevant ministries and agencies, follow-up on applications, and delivery of completed documents. We do not guarantee approval of any government application, as final decisions rest with the relevant government authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information when submitting service requests. You must ensure all documents uploaded are authentic and legally obtained. You agree to cooperate with our operations team and provide any additional documentation or information required for processing your request.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are displayed on our platform and may include government fees, processing fees, and service charges. All fees are quoted in Israeli Shekels (ILS). Payment is required as specified for each service. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may not be available once processing has begun.

5. Processing Times

Processing times are estimates based on typical government processing periods and may vary depending on government agency workload, document complexity, and other factors beyond our control. We strive to process requests efficiently but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tasheel is not liable for delays, rejections, or any outcomes resulting from government agency decisions. We are not responsible for lost or damaged documents during government processing, though we take reasonable precautions to protect your documents. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tasheel platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tasheel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
