Exchange and Return Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs cancellation, refunds, and modifications related to services provided by Tasheel. It forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and is interpreted in accordance with applicable Palestinian laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

Due to the nature of official and administrative services that may require initiating formal procedures with competent authorities, exchanges or returns are generally not available after processing begins. However, users may request cancellation and a refund before the request is formally submitted to the competent authority.

3. Cancellation Before Submission

You may cancel your request and receive a full refund of service fees if the cancellation request is submitted before the request is forwarded to the competent authority. Cancellation requests can be submitted through: - Your dashboard, or - Tasheel support channels. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

4. No Refund After Submission

Once the request has been submitted to the competent authority, no return or refund is permitted under any circumstances. You acknowledge that authorities process requests independently and Tasheel cannot withdraw or cancel requests after they have been entered into authority systems. These rules apply to all services without exception.

5. Document Corrections

If errors are discovered in documents after service completion, Tasheel may, without obligation, assist in submitting correction requests to the competent authority. Additional fees may apply for correction services and will be communicated in advance. Correction requests are subject to authority procedures and approval and are not guaranteed.

6. Refund Method

Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method used for the request. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account. For cash payments, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

7. Service Modifications

You may request modifications (such as updating information or changing a delivery address) before the request is submitted to the competent authority. Some modifications may be subject to additional fees. After formal submission, modifications may not be possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tasheel is not responsible for losses or damages arising from: - Ineligibility for refunds after submission - Decisions of competent authorities - Rejections or delays in processing Tasheel’s liability is limited to what is stated in the Terms of Use.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Palestinian law. The competent courts of Ramallah shall have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
