Last updated: February 7, 2026
1. Scope
This policy governs payment methods, supported currencies, and payment processing rules related to services provided by Tasheel. It forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and is interpreted in accordance with applicable Palestinian laws and regulations.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Tasheel supports the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa / MasterCard) via secure and approved payment gateways
- Cash on delivery (COD) for eligible areas within Palestine, subject to Tasheel conditions
- Bank transfers for corporate clients, subject to prior arrangements and written approval
All electronic payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems.
3. Supported Currencies
All prices are displayed in Israeli Shekels (ILS / NIS) as the primary currency.
The platform may support payments in other currencies including USD, EUR, and JOD.
Currency conversion is based on the exchange rate at the time of payment, and the final amount is shown before completing the transaction.
Exchange rates may change periodically and Tasheel is not responsible for differences resulting from changes after payment.
4. Payment Timing
Payment must be completed before Tasheel begins executing or processing any request.
For some services, Tasheel may require either full upfront payment or partial upfront payment with the remaining balance due later depending on the service.
Payment terms are displayed clearly before order completion.
5. Payment Security
Tasheel applies security measures aligned with international standards to protect payment data.
Card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
Tasheel does not store full card details on its servers.
Payment information is handled confidentially and with appropriate safeguards.
6. Payment Confirmation
After a successful payment, the user receives:
- A confirmation notification by email
- An invoice containing payment and order details
Processing begins after payment confirmation.
If payment fails, the user will be notified and may retry or contact support.
7. Payment Issues and Refunds
If there is any payment issue or an unauthorized charge, the user must notify Tasheel promptly via official channels.
Eligible refunds are handled according to the Exchange & Return Policy and are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
For payment disputes, Tasheel will review the case and take appropriate steps under applicable procedures.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tasheel is not responsible for:
- Payment failures caused by banks or payment gateway systems
- Delays in bank transfers
- Exchange-rate differences beyond its control
Liability is limited to what is stated in the Terms of Use and related policies.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by Palestinian law. The competent courts of Ramallah shall have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
