This policy regulates the delivery and receipt of documents for Tasheel services inside and outside Palestine and forms an integral part of the Terms of Use.
Tasheel offers delivery within the West Bank, Jerusalem, and inside areas, as well as international delivery to most countries. Delivery is performed via approved courier and express mail providers.
Delivery time starts after documents are prepared and ready for handover. Indicative timeframes: - West Bank: 24 to 48 hours - Jerusalem and inside areas: within 48 hours - International: within 10 days These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Tasheel's control.
When documents are ready for delivery, the user may receive an update containing delivery details or a tracking number (if available). Users can follow order status on the Tasheel platform using the order number.
Users must provide a complete and accurate delivery address within covered areas. Tasheel is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Tasheel is not responsible for loss or damage of documents while in the custody of courier providers, while making reasonable efforts to select approved providers. This policy is governed by Palestinian law and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ramallah, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
